Terms of Service

These terms apply to NexusHost's website, dashboard, bot hosting, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Fair Use Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Use NexusHost only if you meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and can legally use this service. You are responsible for your account, hosted code, bot activity, and any data you process. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

NexusHost provides free and paid hosting with dashboard tools such as file management, environment variables, console output, monitoring, templates, GitHub deployment, and supported subdomains. Features and supported runtimes depend on availability and your account's permissions and resource limits.

Plan details and charges are those shown in the current pricing page and checkout. Shared resources are subject to fair use. Keep your own backups and check the service status and notices for maintenance or incidents.

Sign-in uses Discord authorization. Keep your Discord account secure, supply accurate information, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not transfer or share your NexusHost account to evade limits or enforcement.

The Discord authorization screen may ask permission to join the NexusHost Discord server. Granting that permission allows the service to attempt the join. You can manage Discord membership and authorized applications through Discord.

Use one personal account per person unless the NexusHost team approves another. Creating or using alternate accounts to stack free resources, manipulate rewards, or evade restrictions is prohibited. Existing and new accounts can be moderated whether or not they own bots.

Respect your allocated resources and other users. Spam, raids, malicious code, mining, attacks, unauthorized access, and deliberately hidden or obfuscated custom bot code are prohibited. Legitimate users sharing a network are not automatically treated as one person.

You retain ownership of your code and content and must have permission to upload and run them. You authorize NexusHost and its infrastructure providers to store, execute, and process that content to provide hosting and handle support, security, or moderation issues.

Authorized team members may inspect bot files or console output when their role permits it and an investigation requires it. Staff access and moderation actions are recorded in audit or enforcement records. Do not upload third-party secrets unnecessarily or assume console output is private from authorized administrators.

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately. Do not test against other users' accounts or services without authorization.

Review the price, billing frequency, resources, and cancellation terms displayed at checkout before purchasing. Where checkout creates a recurring PayPal subscription, it renews according to the payment authorization until cancelled. Check the dashboard's cancellation confirmation for the resulting resource limits.

Charges and pricing changes apply according to the offer shown to you and applicable law. Contact the team about billing mistakes, refunds, or cancellation problems. Mandatory refund, withdrawal, and consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

If payment or a required entitlement expires, paid resources may be restricted or reduced. Do not assume a proposed feature or an unavailable checkout option is a purchasable service.

NexusHost may restrict or suspend an account, stop a bot, remove content, or apply a network restriction for a documented breach or to protect the service. Action may be immediate for serious abuse or security issues. Moderation applies to accounts with no bots as well as bot owners.

Suspended users can sign in to reach the suspension notice and appeal route, while protected hosting and account actions remain restricted. A separate network ban can prevent sign-in or dashboard access from that network; the public appeal route remains available.

Team members act within their role permissions. Requests requiring review must be approved by an authorized reviewer. Only the owner may decide or lift network bans. Matching network or email signals do not automatically produce a moderation decision.

Submit an appeal at https://appeal.gg/HMAKgkmwkY if you dispute a suspension, bot removal, or network restriction. Give accurate account information and evidence, and do not submit sensitive credentials. Use the Discord support server for other support issues.

Appeals are reviewed by the team. Acceptance of an appeal form does not by itself change NexusHost account status: the corresponding reinstatement or bot-restoration action must also be completed. Restoration depends on the remaining data and infrastructure; deleted files, large or binary files, and secrets may not be recoverable. Keep your own backups.

We aim to keep hosting available, but outages, maintenance, third-party failures, and capacity limits can interrupt services. Free hosting is provided on a best-effort basis. Any paid service-level commitment applies only according to the terms of that offer; no service is guaranteed to have uninterrupted operation.

We may change features or these policies. Updated policies are published with a revision date. Material changes affecting existing paid services will be communicated where required. We may restrict a service promptly when necessary to address security or abuse.

You can stop using NexusHost and use the available account or bot deletion controls. Download anything you need first. Deletion can be permanent, and a moderation snapshot is not a complete backup.

Account deletion does not necessarily remove every hosted file, payment record, audit entry, or moderation record immediately. Contact support to request deletion of remaining personal data. The Privacy Policy explains the current retention practices and exceptions.

You are responsible for the permissions and lawful operation of your bot and for keeping your own backups. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexusHost does not accept liability for indirect losses caused by interruptions, data loss, or misuse of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from using a court or regulator available under applicable law. Contact the team first when possible so we can investigate a dispute.
