If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and bot developers. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

NexusHost provides Discord bot hosting infrastructure that enables developers to deploy and run their Discord bots 24/7. Our services include: • Free and paid bot server hosting with 24/7 uptime • GitHub repository integration for automatic deployments • Real-time console access and log streaming • File management and bot configuration tools • Subdomain hosting for bot-related web services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access our services, you must register for an account using Discord OAuth. You agree to: • Provide accurate information through your Discord account • Keep your account secure and not share access with others • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Your use of NexusHost is subject to the following restrictions. You agree not to: • Host bots that spam, raid, or harass Discord users or servers • Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services or other users' bots • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts • Host cryptocurrency mining, DDoS tools, or any malicious software • Violate Discord's Terms of Service through bots hosted on our platform Excessive resource usage or abuse may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account.

For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan. Payment terms include: • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified • We may change pricing with 30 days notice • Failure to pay may result in service suspension and eventual termination • The free tier is provided as-is with no SLA guarantees You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services.

NexusHost retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform and infrastructure. You retain full ownership of: • Your bot's source code and configuration files • Any data your bot collects or processes • Your Discord bot application credentials You grant us a limited license to host and execute your bot code solely to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your code.

We strive to provide reliable hosting but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The free tier is provided on a best-effort basis. Paid plans include uptime commitments as described in the plan details. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service downtime, data loss, or interruptions to your bot's operation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUSHOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexusHost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these terms • Your bot's actions on Discord • Any content your bot sends or processes

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination: • Your bots will be stopped and access revoked • Any outstanding fees become immediately due • We may delete your hosted files after a 30-day retention period You may export your bot files before termination using our file manager.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through binding arbitration.
